Resources Stewardship & giving

Welcome to the Angelus library

This is the first piece in the Angelus library. We’ll publish three kinds of things here:

What we’ll publish

Tax and planning notes. Practical pieces tied to the calendar — what to do before year-end, when to consider a Roth conversion, how to think about charitable bunching. We aim for plain language. If there’s a number you should run, we’ll show the math.

Market updates. A monthly read on what we’re watching and why. Not predictions — orientation. We’d rather help you stay invested through volatility than try to outguess it.

Stewardship reflections. Shorter pieces on the why behind the work — how a Christian view of money shapes the way we plan, save, give, and pass things on.

How we think about it

Three principles guide what makes it in:

  1. Plain over clever. If we can’t say it clearly, we haven’t earned the right to publish it.
  2. Stewardship over performance. We’d rather help a family give well for a generation than chase the latest hot take.
  3. Faith woven in, never forced. We’re a Christian firm. That shapes what we believe about money. It doesn’t mean every article opens with a verse.
